2. Orders

Once an order is placed, we may begin processing it quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started.

3. Custom Size and Made-to-Order Products

For custom-size wallpaper murals, you are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements.

We recommend measuring your wall carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Custom-size or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and product availability at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production time, carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Installation mistakes
Damage caused after delivery
Used, cut, altered, or installed products

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

8. Installation

Customers are responsible for proper installation of wallpaper or wall murals.

Please check all panels before installation. Do not install the product if you notice any defect, damage, color issue, size issue, or missing panel. Contact us first.

We are not responsible for installation costs, labor costs, wall preparation issues, or damage caused by incorrect installation.

9. Product Care and Wall Conditions

Wallpaper should be installed on a clean, dry, smooth, and properly prepared wall surface.

Results may vary depending on wall texture, paint type, humidity, temperature, and installation method.

We are not responsible for problems caused by unsuitable wall conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product images, designs, text, logos, graphics, and layout, belongs to wallkor.com or our content partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content without written permission.
