What measurements do I need?

Measure the full width and height of the wall you want to cover. Enter both dimensions on the product page before adding the mural to your cart. See the Measuring Guide if you need help.

Which materials are available?

Available materials vary by product. Current options include Regular Silk, Peel-and-Stick Vinyl, and Non-Woven.

What is the difference between the material Regular Silk, Peel-and-Stick Vinyl, and Non-Woven?

Regular Silk is a paste-installed option for a smooth, refined decorative finish with a subtle sheen, best for bedrooms, living rooms, and feature walls. Non-Woven is also paste-installed, but it is the more practical everyday option: matte, breathable, stable, and easier to install or remove than older paper wallpapers. Peel-and-Stick Vinyl has a self-adhesive backing, so it is the easiest DIY choice for quick updates and clean smooth walls.

What is included with my order?

Your order includes the custom wallpaper or mural panels and installation instructions. Wallpaper paste, tools, trimming knives, and other installation supplies are not included.

Do I need wallpaper paste?

Regular Silk and Non-Woven require wallpaper paste. Peel-and-Stick Vinyl has a self-adhesive backing and does not need paste. Wallpaper paste is not included with your order.

How should I prepare my wall before installation?

For best results, the wall should be smooth, clean, dry, and sound. Remove old wallpaper, nails, screws, outlet covers, loose paint, dust, and grease. Fill holes or cracks, sand rough areas smooth, and let the wall dry completely before installation.

What walls are suitable for wallpaper murals?

Smooth, dry, clean interior walls work best, especially painted or primed drywall and plaster in good condition. The surface should feel flat and stable, with no peeling paint, loose dust, moisture, or heavy texture.

What walls are not suitable?

Avoid heavily textured walls, damp or moldy walls, dusty or crumbling surfaces, flaking paint, old wallpaper, raw unprimed drywall or plaster, and freshly painted walls that have not fully cured. Peel-and-Stick Vinyl especially needs a clean, smooth surface for good adhesion.

How is the price calculated?

Custom products are priced by area.

Will the mural be the exact size I enter?

Your mural is made from the wall size you provide. It may arrive slightly larger than the size you enter, which is normal. Any small extra margin can be trimmed during installation to help the mural fully cover your wall.

Will the artwork be cropped?

By default, the design is centered and kept in its original proportions. If your wall shape is a different ratio from the artwork, some top/bottom or left/right edges may be cropped. If you need a specific crop, want the artwork extended instead of cropped, or prefer the full artwork stretched to match your wall exactly, please contact us before ordering.

Will my mural arrive in one piece or panels?

Your mural will arrive in multiple panels, not one oversized sheet. The panels are made from your ordered wall size and installed together to create one continuous image. The number and width of panels depend on the mural size and material, so follow the included installation instructions when placing them on the wall.

Will the panels overlap?

Panel setup depends on the material and mural size. Regular Silk and Non-Woven are paste-installed and are usually supplied for edge-to-edge seams without overlap. Peel-and-Stick Vinyl may include overlap between panels on larger murals because removing the backing can sometimes slightly stretch panels during installation; overlap may help keep the final join aligned.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order ships free worldwide.

Are duties, taxes, and customs fees included?

For orders shipped to the US, UK, and European Union countries, duties and taxes are included. For other countries and regions, customs duties, VAT, local taxes, or customs fees are not included and may be charged by your local customs office on delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive within 10-18 days.
